0.3 - Hear thy enemy

Update that adds a selection of chill music, with audio options to configure. Also we added two sound effects for moving and capturing, the capturing might a little over the top. Also added a config file which loads/saves audio settings so you should only have to set them once.

• Pawns unable to promote - Looking into a long-term solution, this is due to old pawn files. For now delete or modifying formation in forge and replacing pawn
